The Unwinding Space is a holistic arts community-based collaboration between Aubrey Shoham, Gilad Shoham and Keri Trimble based in Tempe, Arizona. We offer therapeutic bodywork, massage therapy, yoga, sound, space rental and dance.

At The Unwinding Space, we believe in the power of blending multiple healing modalities to maximize your wellbeing . Our approach combines traditional practices with modern techniques. Massage and therapeutic bodywork can be scheduled by contacting us at theunwindingspaceaz@gmail.com

Our  studio is equipped to handle your needs for any type of event or class you want to offer. You create the content and invite the participants and we provide: mats, blocks, blankets, backjacks and more. Studio rentals start at $50 per hour with a $200 cap for rentals of 5 hours or more. We offer a wide variety of classes from yoga  to bellydance to sound healing.  We are unique in that we empower our instructors to be their own boss.  Most instructors rent our space and take on the advertising and payment collection themselves.  You will find our owners teaching classes as well!
